1. What we collect

• Contact form. Your email address and message when you contact us.
• Newsletter. Your email address, if you subscribe.
• Nova AI assistant. The questions you ask Nova and the answers generated, stored as operational logs so we can improve answer quality and detect abuse.
• Voice search. Audio you record is transcribed to text by Cloudflare Workers AI. The audio itself is not stored by us.
• Page views. Anonymous daily visit counts. We do not build individual browsing profiles and do not use advertising trackers.
• Admin sessions. Signed JSON Web Tokens that authorize administrator logins.

2. What we never do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
• We do not run advertising networks or third-party tracking cookies.
• We do not use your contact details for marketing you did not ask for.

3. Why we process it

To respond to your enquiries; to send newsletters you subscribed to (unsubscribe any time); to operate, secure, and improve our websites and the Nova assistant; and to prevent abuse of our services. This is our legal basis under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: consent and legitimate operation of the services you requested.

4. Processors & storage

This website runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database, object storage, and Workers AI for features like transcription). Data is encrypted in transit. We do not transfer your data to any other third parties.

5. Retention

Contact messages and newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe. Nova query logs are retained for service-quality purposes and purged periodically. Anonymous traffic aggregates may be kept indefinitely — they contain no personal identifiers.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you can ask us to access, correct, or erase your personal data at any time. Email support@viperprojects47.com or use our contact page — we will action requests promptly.

7. Grievance officer

For privacy complaints, reach our grievance desk at support@viperprojects47.com. We acknowledge grievances within 72 hours.
